Scope of terms
These terms of service apply to the use of the website remontauto.ee and when ordering services from Aerogroft Auto Service. By booking a service appointment through the website, by phone, or via messenger, the client confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.
Services
Aerogroft Auto Service provides vehicle repair services in three areas: mechanical work (diagnostics, maintenance, repair), body work (straightening, welding, collision restoration), and painting (local and full painting, polishing). Pricing and estimates
Prices listed on the website are approximate and start from the indicated amount. The exact price depends on the vehicle make, model, extent of damage, and the cost of necessary parts. The final cost is agreed with the client after vehicle inspection and before work begins. Any additional costs discovered during repair are coordinated with the client before being carried out.
Booking and cancellation
Service appointments can be booked through the website form, by phone (+372 5307 7111), WhatsApp, Telegram, or email. A booking is confirmed when the client receives confirmation via email, SMS, or messenger.
Cancellation is free if made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellation or no-show may result in refusal of future bookings.
Warranty
All work performed by Aerogroft Auto Service is covered by warranty. The scope and duration of the warranty depend on the type of work and are agreed before work begins. The warranty applies on condition that the vehicle is used normally and the repaired components have not been modified by third parties.
Parts installed by us are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Customer-supplied parts are not covered — in that case, the warranty applies only to the installation work.
Limitation of liability
A.V. & KO OÜ is not liable for: pre-existing or hidden defects in the vehicle that are discovered during repair (the client will be notified separately); damage resulting from the use of customer-supplied parts; damage resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client about the vehicle; indirect damages (lost profits, delays).
The liability of A.V. & KO OÜ is in all cases limited to the cost of the work performed.
Client obligations
- Provide accurate and complete information about the vehicle and the problem.
- Arrive at the agreed time or notify of cancellation at least 24 hours in advance.
- Inform the mechanic of all known defects and previously performed repairs.
- Remove personal valuables from the vehicle before handing it over for service.
- Pay the agreed amount in a timely manner.
Vehicle storage
During service, your vehicle is kept on our premises. While we take reasonable measures to ensure security, we are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle. After repair is completed, please collect your vehicle within 3 business days. A storage fee may apply for later pickup.
Dispute resolution
Complaints and claims should be sent to info@remontauto.ee or by calling +372 5307 7111. We will respond within 14 days. If the parties cannot reach an agreement, the client may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee (tarbijavaidlused.ee). The committee's proceedings are free for the client. The client may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Applicable law
The service relationship is governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are resolved in Harju County Court.

Amendment of terms
A.V. & KO OÜ reserves the right to amend these terms. Changes will be published on the website. Continued use of the service after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
